The Parkview Apartment Signage Lights up the Night

LSI Graphics was grateful to play a role in the creation, installation, and lighting work for the soon-to-be-opened luxury apartment complex, The Parkview. This project was an excellent opportunity to showcase our expertise in custom sign creation and installations in Memphis. This signage package included a dimensional monument sign, an awning raceway sign, and gigantic rooftop sign letters that crown the building. The design of this project was provided by the always incredible team at Praxis3, who have helped us bring several amazing projects to life recently.

To achieve this, it took a whole lot of machinery, muscle, and expertise!

Sign Install Process

The monument sign and rooftop building letters were both so heavy that they had to be lifted and firmly secured using a crane. The building letters were welded to custom frames into separate parts so they could be confidently raised to the rooftop. Our team waited patiently and acted quickly as the letters hovered in space and guided them to their attachment posts.

The finished products were modern sign applications with a classic twist that spoke to the building’s historical significance.
